

With over 30 years experience in insurance, ICM director Bernard Thornton identified a need for a personal and professional no-cost service to individuals when they need it most – after suffering an injury for which they were blameless. In 2001 he established the business which is now ICM – Personal Injury Advisers.
He discovered that many companies deal with claims via an impersonal call centre, while others expect their clients to handle their own paperwork. Even companies who do arrange for clients to meet their legal representative often make the appointment at a time and place that may not be convenient.
