Credit Hire

Vehicle hire. Subject to our hirer’s validation process, if the client's vehicle is immobilised as a result of a non-fault accident, and third-party insurance details are available, we can arrange to provide a suitable replacement with no upfront cost. In such circumstances, our hirers will allow at least three months to recover the charges before payment becomes due.
We can provide all types of private cars, vans, heavy commercial vehicles, motorcycles taxis or coaches.

Outsourcing

We currently provide a full claims outsourcing service to brokers, in effect acting as their claims department. We use dedicated telephone lines, and a computer link to the main office. This enables a seamless transition from first notification to ULR recovery.

Training

The wealth of insurance experience gained by the directors has enabled us to put together technical training plans for brokers' staff on personal injury and general claims related matters. We can deliver these as an extension to our ULR service or as a separate contract acording to individual requirements.

Consultancy

As with training, we are happy to provide a consultancy service to brokers, examining their methods of claims handling, staffing issues and making recommendations accordingly.
