integrity claims management

integrity claims management

ICM are a claims management company, providing claims services primarily to insurance brokers and their clients. Our personal injury service is also available to the general public.

WE BELIEVE THAT NO OTHER COMPANY PROVIDES A BETTER COMBINATION OF TECHNICAL EXPERTISE AND PERSONAL SERVICE.

What do we do?

Our activities are concentrated in five core areas:-

• Uninsured loss recovery

• Personal injury

• Credit hire/replacement vehicles

• Family legal protection

• Claims outsourcing

We also provide bespoke contract services such as consultancy and training to insurance brokers.

Why are we different?

For several reasons:-

•  We have a qualified insurance practitioner handling or supervising every claim

•  All claims are reviewed and clients updated at least every 28 days

• Our service enhances customer retention. Clients’ claims experience can often be positively affected by our pro-active approach to recoveries

•  We arrange a face-to-face meeting with all personal injury claimants (unless clients prefer otherwise)

•  We have no call centres or automated telephone systems, which means that brokers and clients always speak directly to the claims handler

•  We have testimonials from satisfied brokers and clients
